This policy explains what NWIW collects, why it is used, and the choices available to members and visitors.

Information we collect
We may collect account details, numbered usernames, email addresses, hometown and city, profile information, age information you choose to provide, competitor categories, follows, comments, reactions, challenges, records, evidence, uploads, livestream footage, verification information, and support communications.
Payments
Stripe processes membership payments and may collect payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and identity information under its own privacy practices. NWIW does not receive or store your full card number.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts, provide spectator and competitor features, verify results, produce rankings, moderate the community, authenticate approved streams, administer subscriptions, respond to support, prevent abuse, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.
Public information
Profile handles, numbered identities, certified profile photos, records, rankings, competition categories, comments, reactions, follower counts, submitted competition media, and livestream participation may be visible publicly depending on the feature and your account type. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us host the platform, store media, process payments, prevent fraud, provide analytics, or respond to lawful requests. We do not sell payment-card information. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, NWIW, or the public.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably needed to operate accounts, preserve verified competition records, resolve disputes, enforce rules, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting support. Some verified records, transaction information, moderation history, or legal records may be retained where necessary. You may cancel a competitor subscription separately from deleting an account.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the MVP develops. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
