Beta & Future Billing Policy
NWIW Founding Beta competitor access is currently free. No payment card is required and no recurring charge begins during beta.

Free during Founding Beta
Competitors may create challenges, contribute content, submit results, and build records without a membership charge while the Founding Beta is active. NWIW decides when the beta concludes based on platform content, participation, and launch readiness.
Planned paid membership
If NWIW later introduces the planned $1.00 monthly competitor membership, members will receive notice and must actively choose to subscribe. A free beta account will not be charged automatically. Members who do not subscribe may retain spectator access while paid competitor features are paused.
Cancellation and monthly charges
After paid subscriptions begin, a subscriber may cancel before the next renewal to prevent future charges. Charges are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, with no prorated refund for unused time, missed competitions, ranking changes, or loss of eligibility caused by a rules violation.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged after a timely cancellation, or billed because of a technical error, email support. Include the account email, charge date, and last four digits shown on the receipt. Never email a full card number, password, or security code. We will review the request and correct confirmed billing errors.
How to request help
Contact support using the email below. Refunds required by applicable law will be honored. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear at your financial institution.
